  Scene needing SFX: A hand is inserted under the skin, below the shoulder, worked up to the base of the skull, where it massages the spine/optical cortex.

  Solution: Cast a mold of the actors back, neck and shoulders. Create a replica with a "pocket" where the hand can be inserted. Make up as needed.
